And in 2018, NAATI is offering a new test in Australia called Credentialed Community Language (CCL) test. This test measures the bilingual capacity of individuals. The major benefit for the test taker is they can claim CCL points, points referred as the ‘five bonus points’ in their points-based visa applications made to the Department of Home Affairs, if they pass the NAATI CCL test. This means if you pass the NAATI CCL test you will be awarded 5 extra points on your EOI for permanent residency in Australia.
